“ I go here regularly and the coffee is really amazing. If you're expecting coffee stand or starbucks, this aint that. The coffee is never bitter, with more chocolatey notes. It's actually crazy how not bitter it is. Always smooth, never burnt. It's really really good and consistently good. The baristas also take this seriously, they monitor temperatures, pull times, and use separate steamers for non-dairy customers. The coffee is roasted in the store. I buy the bonney lake blend to make at home, but I also grab coffee here when I can just to support them more. It is kind of expensive, but the quality is worth it. ”
